Path of Silence

The Path of Silence is a circular hiking trail that runs far away from everyday, man-made noises in the form of signs of civilization. 

Forests, agricultural land, the Ruwer River and its tributaries, as well as several valuable nature reserves, characterize the area surrounding the nature park village of Lampaden. 
The approximately 6-kilometer-long trail offers hikers the opportunity to experience nature in its pristine form, enjoy the tranquility, and absorb it with all their senses. Meditative hiking, slow travel, and conscious deceleration are the hallmarks of this trail.

Along the hiking trail, there are signs with prompts and information. We let ourselves be inspired by the stations "With all senses," "Yoga break," and "Mindfulness" along the way. Picnic benches along the route invite you to linger.

From the direction of Kell am See: coming from the B 407 via the L143 from Kell am See and Schillingen to Lampaden

Sturdy footwear (hiking boots) is recommended. 

Before your hike, you can stock up on delicious provisions for your journey at the Lampaden country bakery in the town center.
