A special hotel with a brasserie in an exceptional landscape – that's “Typisch”.
Our brasserie: a space where you'll immediately feel at home. It has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Here, or on the adjacent summer terrace, your day begins with a sumptuous breakfast. And here it ends with a hearty meal. These are perfectly complemented by Moselle wines, typical of the region. Delicious wines that pair wonderfully with a wide variety of dishes and are also a delight on their own. The mountain air whets the appetite. That's why our restaurant focuses on classic international cuisine: Italian antipasti and pasta, diverse salads, succulent rump steaks, crispy grilled chicken skewers, and of course, fine vegetarian and vegan dishes. Everything is freshly prepared for you, using ingredients that we source almost exclusively locally from farmers (and Moselle winegrowers) in the region. This is the taste of the Hunsrück.
And those seeking a good night's sleep will find exactly what they're looking for with us. Your rooms will feature wonderfully comfortable Auping box spring beds – by the way, 2.10 meters long – at a price that will allow you to sleep soundly.
The languages spoken are German, Dutch, English and French.
