Welcome to our spacious, accessible holiday home with approximately 200 m² of living space and a large garden . The house offers plenty of room for families or groups of friends and is situated in a quiet location , ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Thanks to its generous layout and comprehensive amenities, the house is perfect for a comfortable stay with several people. The comfort of all our guests is of utmost importance to us – therefore, the house is designed to be accessible and equipped with appropriate facilities.

The holiday home is wheelchair accessible and features an elevator . In addition, there is an accessible bedroom , a barrier-free shower , and an accessible toilet , ensuring that guests with limited mobility can also enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The large garden and expansive outdoor area offer ample space to relax. Here you will find numerous seating options , a large terrace with an awning , and a charcoal grill , perfect for cozy barbecue evenings.

The holiday home is located in a quiet and pleasant area in the village of Zerf . At the same time, you'll benefit from excellent infrastructure : various shopping facilities, stores, and everyday necessities are within easy walking distance .
The surrounding area is also perfect for long walks and hikes – numerous beautiful trails are nearby , allowing you to discover the region's natural beauty and landscape.
The proximity to the historic city of Trier , only about 20 km away , is particularly appealing and ideal for a day trip. There, you'll find a wealth of attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities.

How to reach us:
Coming from Trier or Saarbrücken via the A1 motorway, take the Reinsfeld exit and follow the Hunsrückhöhenstraße (B407) to Zerf.
After entering the town, take the first left onto Schulstraße. Our holiday home is on the left-hand side.
 
Coming from Trier, take the B268 towards Zerf. Follow the B268 to the roundabout. Take the first exit into the town onto the B407 – Trierer Straße. Follow this main road through the town until you reach the end of the town, where you can turn right onto Schulstraße. Our holiday home is located right at the beginning of Schulstraße on the left-hand side.
