When you, like us, have been at home in the Hunsrück region since birth—and love being here—you want to share with your guests what so deeply shapes us in our region and what we commonly call "Gehaichnis." This "Gehaichnis" describes a feeling of security, of being completely at ease, and of being able and wanting to live in perfect harmony with your region—a kind of "Hunsrück feeling," in short. This is what distinguishes our family-run business. To ensure this remains the case in the future, we have enshrined the ecological aspect in our mission statement and are members of Servicequalität and TourCert. To emphasize how seriously we take this, we have created our own label to raise awareness wherever everyone can contribute to environmental protection.
Besides good food, a cozy atmosphere, and good company, what is also close to our hearts and contributes to overall well-being is our offering for all hikers and cyclists. Since the cycle path was built right next to the hotel almost 10 years ago, we have increasingly functioned as a so-called "Hochwald cycle station," something we are very proud of.
