Welcome to our holiday apartment "Fenomina", quietly located in the beautiful health resort of Kell am See.

Here you can relax, whether with family or as a group. Our holiday apartment, with a total 116 m², offers plenty of room to unwind and feel at home. You are welcome to bring your dog (max. 2) .

There is ample parking in front of the house and a terracewhere you barbecue . your e-bikes in front of the house; afterwards, you can store them in the hallway or garage.
The charming reservoir is just a short walk away, and you can enjoy a leisurely 2 km walk around its perimeter.
Many hiking trails also start in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment; the forest is just over 1 km away on foot.
Various leisure activities, such as horseback riding, a mini-soccer field, a Kneipp water-treading basin (open from the summer months), a boardwalk across the Weyrichsbruch (a raised bog), and much more, as well as restaurants in the village and by the lake, complete the leisure program.
In the village you will find a supermarket, as well as a butcher and a bakery, and in the summer an ice cream parlor, ensuring that you can provide for yourself in the shortest possible time.

Also a wonderful starting point for motorcyclists, hikers, and cyclists. Through the Hochwald forest and the Moselle region. Further information can be found in the holiday apartment or from us, and of course at the tourist information office in Kell.

Worth seeing:

Trier: the oldest city in Germany, about 30 km away. Among other things, you will find the Porta Nigra here.

Saarburg: Here you will find a waterfall (in the city center), an entertainment and mill museum, about 28 km away.

Luxembourg City: approximately 87 km away. It's worth noting that public transport is free for both residents and tourists.

The prices include bed linen and towels, but not additional costs such as the use of the washing machine and additional cleaning.

The apartment is fully furnished. It's also worth mentioning that a welcome package with coffee, tea, etc. is provided; you will also find spices, oil, salt, pepper, etc.

If you book for longer than 7 nights, an interim cleaning can be requested for a price of €64.

Directions:
Coming from the Hunsrückhöhenstraße (B 407) (entrance after the gas station), turn right into the village and follow Hochwaldstraße, which seamlessly becomes Bahnhofstraße. After the priority road bends, it becomes Brückenstraße, and from the area of ​​the Alte Mühle (Old Mill) it is called Trierer Straße. Immediately after the Alte Mühle, about 30 meters further on, turn right onto
Bergstraße. Follow this road for approximately 250 meters; you will then see your vacation apartment on the left.

Feel free to park your car in front of the house. You will either be greeted personally by us, or you will find the key to your holiday apartment in the key safe. You will receive the password in advance, and only in person.
