Enjoy a stylish stay in this centrally located 55 m² holiday apartment in the heart of Kell am See (a health resort), not far from the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path.
A grocery store, beverage market, bakery, snack bar, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser, and butcher shop, as well as a bank and post office, are all within easy walking distance.
A public bus stop provides easy access to tourist destinations along the Moselle and Saar rivers, as well as the Hunsrück region, Saarland, and Luxembourg.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, facing the garden on the first floor, accessible via an external spiral staircase and has a furnished balcony with a separate entrance, where you can directly access the living area.

The living room includes a dining area with a toaster, a workspace, a fan, Wi-Fi access, and a flat-screen TV with free streaming services. An additional sleeping option is available on the 1.20 m wide corner sofa bed.

On the shelf you will find books, games, information brochures, cycling and hiking maps and selected wines (for a fee).

The bright bedroom is equipped with a 2 m wide double bed and a large wardrobe, is located on the south side with a view of the garden and can be completely darkened with a roller blind.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with dishes, cutlery, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, Sodastream, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, etc.

The shower room with WC is new and modern in an elegant style and features a hairdryer, soap and shower gel dispenser, washing machine, clothes rack, free towels and completes the comfortable ambience.

Outside there is a large terrace framed by bushes and trees, furnished with a table, chairs and loungers, which is shaded by a pavilion in the summer.

In the garden, you can relax undisturbed on a bench and enjoy your holiday while your food sizzles on the barbecue.
Free parking is available nearby on the property, next to the garage.

Please follow the navigation instructions from Google Maps to the following address: Bahnhofstraße 2, 54427 Kell am See, Germany.
Coming from the A1 motorway, take the Reinsfeld exit and turn left towards Kell am See/Saarburg.
After approximately 10 km, take the first entrance to the town, immediately after the petrol station.
The pharmacy is located about 1 km further on the right-hand side.
Bahnhofstraße 2, with the Permanent Perfekt institute, is located approximately 30 m further on the left-hand side.

Drive up the driveway to the front of the garage. You can unload your luggage there.
The holiday apartment is also located on the first floor – accessible via the external spiral staircase.
The key box is to the right of the entrance. We will gladly provide you with the code shortly before your arrival.
Free parking is available on the property or in the immediate vicinity.

Prices include bed linen, towels, heating, water, Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, and parking for a minimum stay of 3 days.

If you require fresh bed linen and/or a new towel set (2 hand towels/2 bath towels) during your stay, there is an additional charge of €15 each.

We charge €15 per trip for shuttles to/from Trier or Türkismühle train stations.

For stays of 7 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount.

High season (April 1st - October 31st):
Prices: 1-2 persons €79 / third person €10 surcharge, Monday to Thursday; Friday to Sunday: 1-2 persons €89 / third person €10 surcharge.
Low season (November 1st - March 31st):
Prices: 1-2 persons €59 / third person €10 surcharge, Monday to Thursday; Friday to Sunday: 1-2 persons €69 / third person €10 surcharge.

High season prices apply during the Christmas holidays.

Higher prices also apply on holiday weekends.

Tourist tax is charged separately.
