"Grandma's Kitchen" – Traditional, Regional, and Creative.
The "Grandma's Kitchen" event takes place this year starting February 7th. The aim is to show guests how delicious, healthy, and sustainable regional cuisine can be during the colder months.
The core idea is to offer not just the prime cuts of beef, pork, or poultry, but to use the whole animal in flavorful dishes. "Grandma's Recipe Collection" provides plenty of inspiration. The result is a healthy and enjoyable cuisine that creatively combines old traditions with new ideas.
Game, poultry, and meat dishes are offered that don't rely on the prime cuts. Try, for example, a delicious beef soup, venison burgers, offal, cabbage rolls, savory pork goulash made with Hunsrück pork, meatloaf, wild boar sausage, or beef roulades – prepared just like in the old days or with a modern twist.
