From September 11th to October 18th, 2026, the businesses dedicated to processing the fruit of the orchards will host a week of culinary delights with cider festivals, harvest festivals and all sorts of culinary treats at our restaurants.

Orchards are more than just apples and pears. They are home to countless life forms: people and animals, grasses and herbs.
Ebbes von Hei farms operate sustainably and maintain traditional, rural farming practices in their orchard management. With human intervention, nature has produced an incredible diversity of fruit varieties. The existing fruit varieties, with their diverse resistances and uses, represent an invaluable genetic resource and make a significant contribution to biodiversity. Committed to the principles of sustainable management, Winterrambur and Goldparmäne apples will once again take center stage on the plates of a delightful autumn. Our farms, dedicated to the utilization of orchard fruits, are hosting a series of culinary events.
From September 11th to October 18th, 2026, a variety of events will take place. Starting with cider-making festivals at local businesses and continuing through the harvest festival, orchard fruit and its processed products will be on everyone's lips. A large number of restaurateurs will be showcasing plums, mirabelle plums, nuts, and the finest brandies in their culinary creations.
