Barefoot path & tree labyrinth

54429 Schillingenapprox. 4.6 km from Kell am See

Description

The 1.5 km long barefoot path is part of the leisure facility in Schillingen, as is the tree labyrinth, which is built according to the square labyrinth type that dates back to Roman times.

Detailed description

Barefoot through nature – take off your shoes and socks and experience nature up close. The diverse elements, such as soft forest floor, grass, sand, mulch, gravel, logs, and mud, provide your feet with a reflexology massage that you'll remember fondly for a long time. At the end of the 1.5 km trail, cool and cleanse your feet in the clear water of the Flonterbach stream.

The tree labyrinth consists of four quadrants connected by a single path. Before proceeding to the next quadrant, the previous one must be traversed completely. In the center of the labyrinth, a seating area offers a place to enjoy the tranquility emanating from the labyrinth and the surrounding forest. The labyrinth can be explored free of charge year-round.
