Dream Loop Hochwald-Acht

The first part of the hike leads through the large wooded area of ​​the Osburg High Forest, with its ancient Ruwer spruce and the Ruwer spring. Beyond the dam of the Keller Lake, the landscape changes: expansive meadows and fields offer wonderful views of the Rösterkopf and the Teufelskopf opposite. 

The "Hochwald Acht" Dream Loop, named for its route, connects numerous tourist highlights along a 20 km stretch. Mystical forest passages, panoramic ridges, the village park with its pond in Waldweiler, the reservoir in Kell am See, the Ruwer spring, and the Kneipp water-treading basin are all attractive destinations located directly along the Dream Loop, revealing a great diversity of natural landscapes to hikers.
